Returns & Refunds

This is a small home business so customer satisfaction is my priority.

With any mass produced item a factory defect may occur, or damages may occur during shipping.

If you have purchased a defective pin, or a pin breaks unexpectedly, I will replace the pin free of charge.

My reputation is on the line to ensure the quality of these service pins, so I need to know if there are any problems.

Simply send me an email and I will replace any defective/damaged pin.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Avoid side to side or twisting motions to the pin posts as they may fail.
Push pins straight through material, and put clutches straight on & off without twisting.
A pin of any type can be broken this way, so treat your pins with respect and they will serve you well.
